Our therapy approach focuses in large part on equipping you to improve the quality of your interactions with people and the world around you. The healthier those interactions, the greater the emotional health benefits you stand to gain from them.

By the end of each therapy session, we hope to add to your toolkit at least one new mental-health skill that you can begin using immediately, whether in your interactions with those you love, with your friends, your co-workers, or others in your community.

We invite you to send us text messages or emails at any time between your scheduled sessions to let us know how you’re doing or if you have questions about things we discussed and discovered in a previous visit. Click here to see our contact information.

The things we talk about during each session are held in strictest confidence. And although we usually jot down just a few key points on a notepad as we converse, no one else will see them (but, if for any reason during your session you want us to put away the pen, we will).
